The Courage to Be You: Embrace it!

Understand, Embrace and Know

Source: tiverylucky*

When you begin to understand, embrace and really know who you are, you will begin to take your life seriously and you will begin “to be you” in no-nonsense ways. Now, this does not mean that you will not have any fun. Actually, you may even begin to have more fun.

What this does means is that you will embrace those things that matter for you and in your life?

Many of you know that I do some freelance writing online. Well, I had a potential client contact me and ask for an estimate. When I answered his request, he insulted me by telling me that he could get the work done for much less by “more reputable scholars.” I responded by saying, “Much success to you with this project.” Done. Now, a few years ago, a response like this may have upset me and I may have felt the need to give this person a piece of my mind. But I didn’t and I actually found it to be quite funny because clearly this project needed a lot of research and technical writing. My price was fair and I am known for “over-delivering.” Although this person may have thought that my price was steep, that’s fair too and his/her perogative but I am not swayed, either way. I know what my time is worth. I know the kind of work that I produce and I know that I am worth it. This post is not to brag or boast, it’s just to illustrate that when you begin to know who you are and what you are worth, you won’t settle for less.

Acceptance: Super Rich from Within

Source: Death to Stock

One of the ways to end suffering is through acceptance. When we begin to stop wanting things to be different, we begin to release resistance. We yearn and learn to release resistance from our lives, the people in our lives, our work and our bodies. In all of these areas, we find a way to struggle but we can learn to release our insistence on resisting and fear and realize that we can accept what is and move forward in growth, in love, in joy and in peace.

Although I have thought about the notion of acceptance, I’ve have never thought of it as a release of suffering. When you think about it, there is some merit to this idea. Resistance causes a state of suffering, of not wanting something, of wanting to pushing back or resisting something; this causes tension in the mind, or dissatisfaction in life. If we work on our state of being, in whatever condition or situation, we are in, we are better able to negotiate that phase, place or situation that we find ourselves in. When we are pushing back, we are resisting and in a sense that resistance is a form of suffering. So letting go of suffering is letting go of resistance and the beginning of acceptance.

This post was inspired by Russell Simmons book called Super Rich!

This book is not about being super rich in all of its physical manifestations but rather what it truly means to be super rich from within!

"It can be hard to forgive and let go but it's

important to remember that harboring the

resentment and holding a grudge can hurt

you even more. The word, "forgive" really

means to give something up for yourself not

for them. ~Jack Canfield

Looking for Money Savers! Let's Get it!

Source: Mickey via ahelicoptermom.com

Currently, I am doing a revised version of the 52 Week Money Challenge that I am calling the 365 Day Penny Challenge. Now, the 52 Week Money Challenge has been around for years and it usually rears it head en-masse during the beginning of the year, like diets and fitness, people are usually trying to get their finances in shape as well.

The 52 Week Money Challenge asks you to save $1 every week and then an additional dollar every week during the year.

So, the weekly output looks like

Week 1: Save $1.00
Week 2: Save $2.00
Week 3: Save $3.00
Week 4: Save $4.00 and so on…. for the full year. When you reach the end of the year, you will have saved $1378.00.

The 365 Penny Challenge is a daily challenge of adding increasing pennies. So, we are steadily increasing pennies daily.

It looks like this:

Day 1: Save 1 cent
Day 2: Save 2 cents
Day 3: Save 3 cents
Day 4: Save 4 cents…..and so on. Now, saving cents doesn’t seem like much but what if I told you that by the end, you will have saved over $600 (actually $667.95).

I think that this challenge is great for beginners because it helps you to build discipline of allocating money daily while you are actually saving money.

I originally read about this ingenious idea on the website of savingadvice.com where there is a plethora of money/financial advice.

I would love for you to join the challenge with me! Got questions, ask me in the comments.

Till next time!

"If you really want to live your life to the fullest and realize

your greatest potential, you must be willing to run the risk

of making some people mad. People may not like what you

do, people may not like how you do it, but these people are

not living your life. You are!"

Let's Go Get 'Em in 2015!

Somewhere along the lines of living, we’ve learned

that life is supposed to be hard, to be difficult;

that we are supposed to get serious and be rational.

BE cautious and don’t take any unnecessary risks!

Well, I say, that sounds like a very bland and uninteresting

life...

IF we just have the courage to follow and go after our own

dreams, the naysayers, the obstacles and the challenges

will show up, what should we do now, play it safe????

I think  NOT!

Life is meant to be lived, fulfilled and full of joy and love.

Making money should be fun! It shouldn’t be drudgery.

What kind of life are you living and what would you rather be doing?

I love sharing opportunities and this post is no different, why not share information, have fun and make money?

Facts:
  1. Big businesses are always looking for new consumers.
  2. There are many incentive-based companies that will pay us to help them to obtain possible new consumers.
  3. When we sign up, with these companies, they pay us a referral fee.
  4. Basically, they are paying us to help them obtain new people who are willing to try new products for companies. You don’t have to keep the trial but you must give it an earnest try (meaning if you sign up for a 7 day trial, you must keep it for 5 or 6 days and then cancel it, if you don’t want it).
  5. Consumers must provide real information. This is not a joke or a game. These companies are looking for REAL potential customers.

The company I use is ZNZ. They are one of the easiest and most reliable ones to work for and I know that they pay. Check out my 2015 pay proofs here: http://bit.ly/BeauProof

Here are two of the easiest ZNZ sites to check out. Sign up for one or both and create a new income stream for yourself:

ZNZ One positions you to make $20 per referral and PayPal will provide you with $40 per referral .

Both sites require that you complete 1.0 in free and/or trial offers on the site.

When you complete and your information has been verified, I will get notified by the site.

Shortly thereafter, when I’m paid from ZNZ, I will send you a bonus of $5 for signing up to ZNZ One or I will send you $10 for signing up to ZNZ PayPal.

Then you can turn around and do the same.

  • For best results, use all REAL information. All information will be checked and you will never be allowed access to the site for earning (if you try to fake it).

  • Use FireFox as it works best with the offers. If you don’t have it, download for FREE and get started. https://www.mozilla.org

  • PayPal: If you don’t have a PayPal account, get one, it’s FREE and you will get paid quicker. I’ve been using PayPal for years and have never had an issue. Most online companies want a convenient and secure way to pay you and PayPal provides that. http://www.paypal.com

Got questions? Ask me in the comments or contact me at therealbeaufly@gmail.com
I’m here to help you on your new path toward success!

Let’s go get it in 2015!

"The tragedy of life is often not in our failure, but rather in our complacency; not in our doing too much, but rather in our doing too little; not in our living above our ability, but rather in our living, below our capacities."
